Please Pray for Christian Youth In Action® Training next week!

Starting Sunday, June 10th, teens form all over the state of Alabama will come together for a week of training, team building, and encouragement as part of their commitment to serve with Christian Youth In Action® and Summer Missions. These students will study effective methods to teach the Bible and share their faith with children in their community. They will be encouraged to seek the Lord and be bold in their faith. CEF® of Central Alabama is sending 8 summer missionaries to this training, along with 3 staff members. 

Pray for the summer missionaries to "Seek the Lord and his strength."(Psalm 105:4) We desire that they will burn bright as a light to the world, and not burn out while on mission field. 

Pray that the teens will grow together as a team and that new students will not be overwhelmed by the new experience. 

Pray for the staff as they train the next generation to "give thanks to the Lord; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples." (Psalm 105:1)

Above all pray that God will be glorified in all that is done as part of  Christian Youth In Action® in Alabama.
